Artstarts Swingin' Holiday Concert on Sunday, December 14th at 2 PM, held at the Artstarts House (104 S. Van Buren St, Marion, IL)! Celebrate the magic of the season with a festive afternoon of music featuring our incredible Artstarts kids performing holiday classics backed by the Jim Childers Jazz Band. This unique event blends professional musicianship with youth performance, giving our singers a rare opportunity to take cues from live jazz players, perform on microphones, and shine onstage in a supportive, joyful environment. TICKET INFORMATION All tickets include: 🎟️ Admission to the show 🍪 A cookie 🥤 A beverage 🎅 A FREE picture with Santa Seating is very limited, so be sure to get your tickets while they last! $20 General Admission – Includes a standard seat – Guests choose their own seats (first-come, first-served) FREE Child Admission (ages 10 & under) – Includes a spot on the floor in front of the stage, cookie, and drink – Limited availability – Children wanting a seat must purchase a General Admission ticket $150 VIP Pub Table (seats up to 4) – Includes table seating for four – Complimentary cookies and beverages delivered to your table – Only 6 VIP tables available — book early! REGISTRATION INFORMATION Any child ages 5–18 (K–12th grade) may register to perform in our holiday concert! Please complete the registration form and payment by 11/30/25 by following the registration link (at the top and bottom of this page). Note: The form uses the word “ticket,” but it refers to a child performer registration, not an audience ticket. Participation Details Artstarts performers will sing holiday songs accompanied by a live, professional jazz band. Rehearsals Begin the week after Thanksgiving (starting Dec. 1) Only 2 weeks of rehearsals We will work around your schedule as much as possible Performers must be available on Dec. 14 (show day) from 1–4:30 PM No Auditions Required Everyone who registers is automatically in the show!
